Our Call to Mission
The Missions work area helps coordinate the outreach of our church to those in need, in the local community and the global community. During this time of pandemic, our outreach has primarily been support for our Little Free Pantry, the InterVarsity ministry of one of our faithful Covenant members, the Stepping Stones shelter, the Lord’s Table (provides meals in Gaithersburg) and the United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR).
Finally, this is not an exhaustive list. Many groups within the church support their own outreach projects. Covenant is a church that takes mission outreach seriously.
